1. Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sent stuff out to quite a few countries already. If you’re not sure about yours, just ask — we’ll check and let you know for sure.

2. How do I return something?

Just message us. If it’s within 30 days and unused, we’ll take it back or swap it — whichever works for you. No hoops, just be honest with us and we’ll sort it.

3. When will my order get here?

If you’re local, usually around 3 to 5 working days. Outside the country can take a bit longer — customs and all that. We’ll send you tracking so you can keep an eye on it.

4. What kind of payments do you take?

Credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay — most of the usual ones. If you run into any issues, just let us know and we’ll help you out.

5. Is checkout safe on your site?

Yes — it’s encrypted and handled through secure payment systems. We don’t keep any of your card info ourselves.

6. Can I track my delivery?

Yep. As soon as we ship your order, we’ll email you the tracking link. If you don’t see it, check spam or just ping us.

7. I got the wrong thing (or it’s damaged). What now?

Ugh, sorry about that. Send us a quick photo and your order number — we’ll fix it fast. You won’t have to jump through hoops.

8. Where do I put my discount code?

There’s a box at checkout where you can paste it. Didn’t work? Message us — sometimes tech acts up, we get it.z

9. Can I send a gift to someone else?

Totally. You can tick the gift option at checkout and add a note — we’ll wrap it up and make sure it looks good.
